Unlimited Vacation
Embris Group supports vacation and personal time use by its employees as a time to refresh and recharge. We have an unlimited vacation policy for full and part-time employees that is intended to support the unique needs of each employee. Although unlimited vacation by its very nature does not have a set expectation, it is our goal to error on the side of using more rather than less. We value the benefits that vacation brings to our employees to return to work better engaged and ready to work.
Flexible Schedule
Life is rarely rigid and we recognize that work needs to be flexible to help balance your needs on a day to day or week by week basis. Our focus is on achieving quality results for our clients and we respect our employees to work through their own balance to do their work.
Flexible Holidays
We recognize that employees are each unique and that celebrations of various faiths and cultures is important. We offer nine paid holidays per year, four of which are floating holidays to use for the celebrations you value.
Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k
Our benefits include a full suite of healthcare, dental, and vision insurance. We also provide life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage. Our 401k plan matches your contributions at a rate that results in a 4% match on a 5% employee deferral.
Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave
Full-time employees with at least 6 months of service are eligible for maternity and paternity leave equal to 240 hours of paid time off. This may be utilized within the first 12 months of birth or placement.
